Bob Conlan, a.k.a. BC, a retired Information Technology VP of Conrail from the Philadelphia area and Lou Tortola owner of BC Performance Parts have been very good friends for over 30 years.

However, the business side and crowd dynamics of the performance industry excites Lou more than any other car vertical and for this reason he wanted to be part of this industry.
